The Netball Shot Pro supports:
- The development of each phase of the shooting technique following the B.E.E.F concept (Balance, Eyes, Elbow, Flick).
- Correction of the shooting technique by improving strength, endurance, and muscle memory.
- Development a consistent shooting trajectory with the correct release of the ball.
- Official size 5 competition netball.
- Improvement in accuracy, consistency and shot rhythm.
- Suitable for right AND left handed athletes of all ages.
- Very easy to assemble and disassemble.
Each machine comes with a set of specialist shooting cards designed to help athletes improve their shooting range and accuracy.
